UntitledA Poem by EclecticShort poem on heart break.
I stubbed my toe on my counter
I was instantly reminded of you. Not only because the counter wouldn't budge even a little bit, Or even because the counter was cold and heartless. But because of the brief, biting numbing sensation, That electricity that sent chills down my spine when we made contact. The intoxicating, toxic pain that I couldn't stand, but craved when it was missing All of these made me think about you But most of all, The way it came and left in a flash and even I forgot about it eventually.
