But is a manager considered a leader? Do managers manage leaders or do leaders lead managers? Is there any difference at all? You may already be thinking that there is no way in hell that a manager could be a leader. That obnoxious, flagrant excuse of a specimen? Ew. No way are they a leader. You're very sure leaders are supposed to be supportive and not make you quit job in the first week. Obviously I am joking, not all (if not most) managers are horrid. But are managers and leaders actually different at all? Are here actually key differences between leaders and managers?
