Between this World and the Next

Be filled with

Jane and Jack-o-Lanterns

And Black fanged Bats

And Black yellow-eyed Cats

And green, warty, cackling Witches

In crooked Black Hats

Riding on Brooms

Zooming and Va-rooming

Around the Full Moon

Being Howled and Growled at

By slobbering Were-Wolves

Chasing and slashing away at

The Walking Dead, moaning and groaning

Zombies and unraveling Mummies

Of the World Today (and the Next)

While we all look around

At the candy-filled maws

Of the roaming

Ghosties, Ghoulies and Super Human Stoolies

And inwardly Rebel……

Enough roaming around in this World already

You Scarey Creatures of NightMares screams

Y’all are long overdue to meander into the Next World to stay !

But, now, this is supposed to Be a Happy Halloweeny 

So, you’ll just have to think all of these Monstrous Thoughts

With a Smile on your Punkin’- Head, Halloweeny Masked Faces
