You Are In All of It

I am single, never have I dated but my family life isn't ideal and these are some of what I felt.

The horizon lay bare right in front of my eyes

all I could think of was the scent of freshly baked cakes

chocolate fudge cookies and they remind me

of all the happy moments we had.

The smell of the pee on my rug

reminds me of the way you

s pampered our pet rabbit

Everything reminds me of you

its just been months since I went visiting your grave

I tell myself its for the best

but I know in my hearts of hearts that its a lie
