Creativity Awaken

This was just how I felt when I resumed after my break from writing.

 

The cloud in its changing shapes

are the emotions that run through my mind

I wonder, am I always this unstable?

Shuffling feet disturb my soulless pondering.

I look behind me it’s just in my head

and then it hits me

I do have an imagination! It just wasn't active

or did I forget it.

My creativity lay in slumber

while I went through the motions of a boring life

Awake! O mind of mine

begin creating what you imagine

and make fantasies real
