Mother Is AlrightA Poem by Earl SchumackerTo congregate to concentrateMother Is Alright
Mother is alright she's mother Every other mother dreams of sleep Left to be completed on the other side By mothers touch within itself if not in sight
The moon comes sooner than the afternoon or sooner Is far away and stays that way when other mothers come To congregate, concentrate on being who they are Mothers stand together close to falling off
They dare not go too deep too far into the water The cliff is near to stop them from a dive To halt the march or thought of wondering It is alright to be a mother and no more
Even when it's not Mother is alright Is she not © 2017 Earl SchumackerReviews
