Diamonds Melt Liquid LoveA Poem by Earl SchumackerHidden about the heartDiamonds Melt Liquid Love Diamonds melt into cool liquid pools Fills up the reservoirs oblivion Blue triangulated furnace blast Candy white while nano-bots evolve Creating what woman loved in the past Moved by devices launched long ago In night where quantum imaginings emit A signal to the soul so pure it is vermilion Almost giggles teal when igniting substances Far reaching as to disappear in cosmic dust In that titanium garden where love grows As it flows with burning liquid love All things being equal in the dark Pools evaporate as diamonds melt
