A Poem by Eagergreen
"

ACT and testing is stressful

"
Who am I?
What will I be?
When will I be that?
Where do I want to go?
Why do I keep going?

I am a face
I am a number
I am a thinker
I am a dreamer
I am a being

My name is white
My name is 17141523
My name is nothing
My name is family
My name is me

Who do you want to be?
What do you want to do?
When will you work for it?
Where do you live and where do you want live?
Why?

I love this poem.... these are true questions and thoughts that people especially teenagers face when moving to a next level in their life. Sometimes this decisions could be so burdensome, annoying and all that but at the end, we get to make them any way.

Hopefully we get to make the choices
repetition was a good effect on the laborious and cyclic tone of the poem, the ide itself of being a number more than a human is quite clever itself, I liked the first three stanzas spelling "whim" as if to dismiss itself. however I felt the concluding stanza should have not repeated but "broken free" of the structure but that's my idea not yours it was a good poem :)

Often times cycles don't break that's why they're cycles it's a harsh reality
