Forests

A Poem by Eagergreen
"

It's long and some of it in a different language but honestly I like them better when they're bilingual however one language we should all know is kindness and helpful criticism do you have any?

"
Forest van geheue

a shrouded wood
where pitch black
is ajoined with
coyotes and cottonmouths

a peaceful forest
where the sun trickles in
the doe and faun
of nostalgia frolic freely

a barren clearing
where crows sing a
tune of regret as vultures
eyeball you

Forest van stryd

the thorn tree
hooking into your skin and
sinking into your spirit
leaving it to bleed

the apple tree
which generously
gives her fruit to
passing travelers

the mushroom
eaten in gloom
for those who feel
impending doom

Bos van die toekoms

the mountains held
up by strong trees
and a frame of roots
which come up and trip you down

the soft grasses
inviting you to sleep
safely guarding you
with an army of blades

the river rushing
to busy to notice
you walking beside
as they change the world

Very good imagery, felt transported to a forest tale a la Disney or Grimm.
Enjoyable.
