hidden pain

how i feel inside

No one knows, they dont see me cry 

Even my friends become strangers

Who walk on by

I keep it all in and listen to their pain

With no thought for myself

Ill do it again

 

But I wish one day that somebody will see

The sadness devouring every part of me.

It's always there but no one knows

Keep calm and carry on

As the saying goes

 

So here i am, I've put it all out there

My true friends will hear me

They will sense my despair

Some will come

But may wont hear

Soon i will know

Which friends i hold dear

How tragic, putting on a brave face, when inside your battered and torn. And will any actually see the real you inside. And help, its fate and a chance, or never a gamble because you hide inside. And people only see what they want to see, nothing normally is the answer.
