The Symphony of Silence and City Streets

Music.

It isn't written.

It isn't heard.

It isn't melody.

It isn't harmony.

Music.

It isn't songs,

Made from the singing of strings and saxophones,

Or the clicking of keys on a piano,

It can only be felt.

Music.

It is connection,

It is emotion, transition,

It is within and between,

It is the symphony of silence and city streets.

Music.

It can be personal.

It can be shared.

But one thing is certain,

It isn't just sound.

Not bad. I don't really like the sort of cascading format you've used here, but you use some good imagery in the poem itself and it's obvious that you're speaking from the heart about this. The last two lines are the best.
