This got BIG smiles from me. A very powerful poem. It brought to my mind the thought of war and how many times men can be like the dove. Or battles can be like the dove. A fruitless tug-of-war between sides in trenches awash in blood, to gain mere feet or yards. I thought about how the human species is never going to get rid of the war or be truely peaceful because it just isn't in us to do so. (Be free of the Veil)
A very well written piece, so few words yet the meaning is very deep. shell we ever pull aside the veil that blinds us to peace and harmony? that is a question for the ages, who knows may be our children will have the strength to rip the veil aside.
