She`s so giddy

He`s so mild

Give me stronger people

Out with the child

 

Give me a good old reformation

I want to know where you stand

Let the world spread information

On the truth in all the land

 

Down with whiskey

Down with drugs

Down with all the

Ghetto thugs

 

You starting to get the picture

You want on my team

Where everybody gets his way

Everyone is venting steam

 

The human engine runs on strife

You can`t run unless you walk

How do we get a better world

When all the people do is talk

 

If wonder of wonders it all came to pass

Everybody liked everybody

And no more gas

Where would we go to find a good fight

 

Renewal that`s what we need

Go back to the start

The world will work again when we use our hands

Stop taking finance and politics apart

Settle things properly

Boxing !

I feel almost as if this would to be a battle speech, a prep-talk for the soldiers of the dawning generation, to better themselves and create a world we could actually be proud to live in. It speaks to me, a younger writer, and inspires me to fix myself as best I can. Very inspiring, thank you very much!

Laughing at the ending but, not really sure that's the answer! Sure, go back to the beginning, but with the kiss rather than the fist!

There's an irregulat but steady tempo to this, for some reason i think of an anthem.. a rally call to all those who like a bit of sport ! And, yet you do talk about our sick world', so, there's full might behind the levity.

No, i've just read it for the third time: this is a Man poem and different from a Woman poem, it's serious stuff wrapped up in tongue-in-cheek and cheeky.

How do we get a better world When all the people do is talk...
yes and lots of lots of talks, false promises and again lots of talks, posters, etc etc ....but in reality, not even a single inch improvement...
disgusting is what i am feeling and helpless too....
i wanted to be a politician but Papa said "NO" and u know what I am glad i did not...because anyone who tries to do something meaningful is finished by the corrupt system..!

Nicely said I just have to say simply this I know that at times we must fight but when you use your fist most people
walk away and live to fight another day. No disappointments here.
