i imagine

This talks about our dreams and wishes coming true but only when we imagine

i imagine;
That i am not handicapped but over capable
That i am not sick but bursting with health
That i am not a failure but always a victor
That i am not dead but alive
That i am beautiful,bold and intelligent and i do not even have to imagine i am all this things.

I'm a little confused at the end, if you're saying you're not imagining it or if you are. I think you should make that a little clearer, then it would be an amazing poem :)
