Oratorio

Oratorio

A Poem by getinthecarplease

I. Precision
Towers in dahlia blowing evermore into the mists
A cloud everlasting trading an idea
Alas the poison has stung the lungs and the hearts of the sky
Peace and a precise measure of the beats
Rhythmic melodies in a color fold
Tied to the rolling sounds in an insignia for the dye
II. Regalia Part 1
Play a paradigm as a paragon
The polygon brands the satelite
III. Decisive Arpeggio en Sol
The gardens all are faded
The color has all gone
The wierding trial has perished
In a flaring stare of dawn
Touching the ivory statuette
With the piper along the shore
Several notes for the bishops and popes
Cold was the air brushing passed the door
Status high stoned behind the sky
Alas a civil war of the conscience
Laughing in a diminished
Sour and sweetened carrilon
Coronets screaming their azure scorn
As the thunder creases amid the storm
And the world has been born
And the mold has been formed
Quenched by the desert rain
As the dunes rise
In the lavender eyes
IV. Regalia Part 2
In pursuit of the palace
The pawn spots his foe
V. The Procession
Doves in the silver shade
Cranes blackened by the light
The ravens observe the fall
Collect their call
At the aves ball
