hyper-sexualized

hyper-sexualized

A Poem by Lizzie Madloch

I am hot.

Not sultry or sexy,

just sweaty;

nothing here you can fantasize over.

I am hot

and sticky

and this is not the beginning of a porno.

I don’t want to have sex.

I want to lie down.

I’ll spread my legs to let my thighs

have some personal space.

When I moan or sigh

I’m not thinking about your c**k

I’m thinking about a falafel in fresh pita bread

with an ice cold root beer,

maybe a Scream marathon in a well air-conditioned room.

Think of me as something 3-dimensional

Maybe.

a lot of people, men in particular, do seem to get caught up in desire and fascination with girls for their looks or whether or not said girls can be or are turned on. it's all about sex, sex, sex. but that's not what should be their main focus. though I'm not an expert in such things, I think love is like a nice tasty dinner, and sex is a sometimes after dinner dessert or something. idk, I might be rambling again lol

(PS. I'm in the process of writing something similar. Please don't think I copied you) :)

I'm thinking that your thinking, a root beer is the last thing on your mind, maybe. Great poem.
