Back to School

 

I find it hard to understand

Why a woman is raised to be a woman

And a man is never raised to be a man

Because you are never considered a man

Unless you know how to treat a woman

 

I wish I would have been schooled

On how to treat a woman

As great as you

 I can feel you sense of knowledge

On the subject

But I was subjected

To being neglected

When it comes to handling a female object

And look how it has effected

The one who has infected

Me with this love bug

Because remember I am a man

We are taught that love is a disease

And to never fall on our knees to nobody

I wish I got that education

Because it would have gotten rid of any hesitation

Of jumping into the love I was facing

I regret not getting the etiquette

It would have been a blessing if I received a lesson

Or Introduction to Love

Even the Scientology of a Woman’s Ideology

Since I lacked that core curriculum

Now when all the fighting and the bickering

Is beginning

Nobody is left to blame but me

But I say society is at fault

Because they locked every useful school subject in a vault

 

Well now I am seeking higher learning

With hopes of earning credit towards a masters

Because I am tired of thinking like bachelor

I want a PhD in how to keep you and me

I want a master

In love infrastructure

So we can stay away from disaster

I’m going for my doctrine in love problem stopping

 

So I am done blaming the past

I will make it a point to pass

Every class

And answer every question

That is asked

And that’s real

It’s more than just how I feel

It’s what I am doing
