I present to you

A poem

A possibility

That will explain an exact example

Of the perfect love story

But I digress

 

To a stanza

Suitable enough to satisfy the site

As it clarifies ever issue

Like the rise of gas prices

But I digress

 

Maybe  a scripture?

That will be the beauty above your head

And provide light, like a light fixture

That will paint a mental picture

And combine your imagination and reality

The perfect mixture

Then I digress

 

Maybe I could recommend a remarkable remedy

To heal a hurt heart

Each line is meant

To be a splint

To heal that broken heart

But….I…..digress

And aside from all the other topics explained by the rest

I find myself restless

A beautiful mess

Because I can’t write down one path

Without taking a quick “side quest”

To a lovely land called “Us”

And once again I am left to discuss

You

And everything you do to make me

Happy
