The Letter

The Letter

A Poem by Dinkleman
"

This is a love poem that is supposed to keep the reader guessing if it is a suicide letter after a love has been ended or a beautiful beginning to a blossoming relationship.

"

Bittersweet is love.

The urge to jump and the lust to embrace.

The birth and death of a beautiful dove.

The tears down a young lover's face.

If only this feeling was clear from the start.

What will happen to me when I open my heart.

Short yet powerful, I like it. Don't know why no one else reviewed it but that gives me the honor of doing the first comment dance *Dances* Anyways, a very nice poem.
