The mind has four dimensionsA Poem by Randal Bright
The mind thinks in four dimensions
As we transverse space and time,
Spilling vermillion upon lilac flowers
Whilst springtime bellows into our minds ear
And kaleidoscope eyes
All seeing eyes
Fly through four dimensions.
The world we live in
Has a myriad of dimensions
Within we have a parallel.
It’s hard to imagine…
A world without you.
But yes, there is one, without us
Without you
Or I.
Imagine…
Yet another existence relinquished and pulled upon itself
In a galactic membrane
Vibrating on strings unseen to human eye
Unimaginable to human thought.
What you may think and I may as well
Is in fact happening.
That yes, my lips are planted upon yours
That yes, my arms are bound ‘round you.
Yes, we are fighting
Yes, we are arguing,
Yes, we are breaking up
Yes, we are getting back together,
Yes, everything at once.
I am dying
I am being born
You are dying
You are born.
The world twists and turns upon itself
And here we are travelers
Traveling upon the fourth dimension
Of thought and time.
