Momma Bear

Momma Bear

A Poem by Dupree
"

Letting out some aggresion

"

Ever felt like a mother bear?

So protective over those you care about

That you would protect them in everyway

That you want to hurt those harming them...

Well right now I'm a Momma Bear

Only I'm locked in a cage

Watching them get kicked

Being completely inable to help

Besides telling them to hold on.

I'm tired of watching them hurt

I'm tired of knowing that this

Cage I'm in is self built...

To help them..

But how am I suppose to sit

Here and hold my tongue?

To let this continue

They don't deserve this

But getting involved

It would only make things worse..

I'm a caged Momma Bear

And I'm tired of watching

As my cubs are kicked
