Sanity?

another poem... do i write anything else

Sanity?

A non existent thing

It's like normality

A wonderful idea

but only that

We all live in

An insane mindset

Without it we

would not have

any ways of expression

Just my opinion...

lol, yah, everyone is insane even if they don't know it yet. it's short and to the point, but it's still pretty good.

I disagree with Ethan. The Just my opinion sets it's place as a point of view. It could be taken sarcastically or as an honest self evaluation of the opinion.

I'm wondering if the capital letters that are missing in the lines "but only that" "would not have" and "any ways of expression" are intentional. If so then the meaning behind those lines seem to come across as not as important as the other lines that came before them.

Maybe I'm just reading too much into it :L

Either way it's short, interesting and a valid opinion ;)

Good job but you shouldn't put the line "Just my opinion . . ." It makes the reader think that the writer has no authority. Put more power into your write by taking that out.
