one missing compass pointA Poem by DupreeIn memory of the wonderful man I had the great pleasure to call my grandfather.the point is gone so are you so here i stand wishing it weren't true
you were the one to guid me and after all these years you're no longer here and so flow the tears
you were my north strong and proud and now that's gone you fought so loud
to hasten death but he still came and life as i knew it will never be the same
you were my north but now i'm left with one missing compass point now that you're gone
