This is really a nostalgic poem, it's designed as a set of song lyrics. It's my first real attempt at any form of poetry, and it's about two years old. It was written for a friend whom I was harbouring feelings for. It's not my best, but it'll always be m

Long brown hair
Deep blue eyes
She's a cutie,
It's no surprise
(She's so great)

She's a sweetie,
she's a friend
I'll be there for her
Until the end
(Yes I will)

Because Kimmy is the greatest
Kimmy is the best
Kimmy is my pal, and I love her
I hate when she's depressed
Kimmy is an angel,
Kimmy is so sweet,
Kimmy is amazing, and what's more
You know she can't be beat

Same wristband
Every day
Her life goes back
To the seventh grade
(Good times)

She tells me how
She cries too much
But her emotion
Is just enough
(For me, it's healthy)

And Kimmy is the greatest
Kimmy is the best
Kimmy is my pal, and I love her

a LOT of times... it is very good I was just wondering what type of poetry it is. Also, is Kimmy one of the Kimmies on here? =) I think that she is a very lucky girl to have such a wonderful poet, as theone who holds her heart.
