Anabelle is Crying

Anabelle is Crying

A Poem by Breezie Kae
"

Personification of depression.

"

Sometime I feel like everything.

Sometimes I feel my heart stings

for you,

oh Anabelle, you haunt me.

Sometimes I feel like I’m breaking down.

Sometimes I just can’t stand the sound

of you,

oh Anabelle, you haunt me.

Sometimes I feel like I’m all alone with you.

Sometimes I feel like what you say is true.

Oh Anabelle, please,

don’t come back here.

Cause Anabelle is crying,

Anabelle won’t stop dying.

Anabelle is crying

to be let out.

Anabelle is singing

through my pen, on the bleakest nights.

Anabelle is crying

to be let out;

let her out.

Sometimes I feel like you belong,

but sometimes I feel, everything’s wrong

with you.

Oh Anabelle, you haunt me.

Sometimes I feel you’re miserable,

but sometimes I feel this is beautiful.

Anabelle, oh Anabelle.

Anabelle is crying,

Anabelle won’t stop dying.

Anabelle is crying

to be let out.

Anabelle is singing

through my pen, on the bleakest nights.

Anabelle is crying

to be let out;

let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Anabelle is crying,

wipe your tears and leave her behind.

Anabelle is crying,

it’s so loud, you pierce your skin;

let her out.

Anabelle is crying,

inject the remedy under your skin.

Anabelle is crying,

waking up, please leave her behind.

Let let, let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Leave her behind.

Let let, let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Let let, let her out.

Leave her behind.

Leave her behind.
