I’ll tell you what you were
You were what I was looking for
Do you realize
I realized this too late

You are a secret
I have no hope
For you to feel these words
Just want you to know

That you are so pure
And your words are worth
The sunshine and the rain
These worthless games

You bring up my hopes,
You crush them down
But I can’t blame you

But can you hear my words?
Can you hear them, stronger?
