Vagueness

I saw you in my dream once.

Beautiful as you are,

Smiling as you always do.

But that smile was special,

I was for your loved one.

you were with someone,

The smile was meant for him.

I thought, It's my dream,

At least in my dream it could be me.

I took a look at him,

Saw a vague face.

Whoever it was it, it wasn't me.

As time passed,

You walked away with him.

I woke up in the dark.

I smirked, then blabbered,

" You're out of my reach,

Even in my dreams."
