Lost

At the time I wrote this, I was in one hell of a bind and couldn't decide which way to go

Enshrouded in misery, engulfed in flames

The faces of hell, I know all there names

A river of fire with a smooth-like flow

Tell me somebody, which way do I go?

 

An ocean of pillows I wish I could reach

I feel like these those pillows have something to teach

A lesson to learn on someone to know

Tell me somebody, which way do I go?

 

A place so peaceful, so quiet, so clean

A place so beautiful, what does it mean?

It's a place of no anger or suffering, so

Tell me somebody, which way do I go?

 

Streets are so horrible, so ugly and bad

To see all the bloodshed makes me so mad

You must be careful, you can die in one blow

Please just tell me, which way do I go?

 

Paths up, down, left, and right

All described from darkness to light

All of these places we've seen and we know

I'm tired of asking but which way do I go?

Would be cool to be able to know the safest path and best decisions. I could feel the desire to know where to go and what must be done. I like the ending. Many of us get tire and want proper direction. A excellent poem.
