Found My Life

The excitement you feel when you get something back

Thought I lost it way back then

And tried finding myself all over again

Started pointing faults

At people who weren't at any

And started crying pointlessly

And just tried smiling forcefully

A journey one night

Took away my random plight

Am at a place where I accept

All the s**t I currently regret

Is now turning to dust

And driving me ahead

I will never stop, I will keep at it

If you don't like it, I really don't care

Mock me, laugh at me

I will live this life as me

My life has currently returned

And the jury has been overturned

I thought I lost myself for over a year, and now I found my rhythm and I found my life. I am finally smiling gleefully again!!!

Again punctuation and grammatical errors and sloppy rhyming. I only say these things to make you a better poet my friend, the passion is real I can feel it when I read the lines, but there are a few "oh s**t he should have done this or rhymed this instead" moments in the poem.
