The Troubled Beautiful Soul

The Troubled Beautiful Soul

A Poem by Dushyant Thadani
"

I just wrote my thoughts on the world once again with me being the first person, in a little bit of story format. And this is one thing that is happening everywhere.

"
I see a beautiful soul
In troubled anxiety
That soul doesn't deserve that
She  just gets it

Its painful to see
The world playing
Its so very foul ploys
With one such soul

I just see her crying in pain
Almost all the time
In fact she just came to me
Asking for some support

I just didn't know what to do
So I just spoke to her
And tried to be there
And just be strong

But in such cases
We don't know what to do
We just feel helpless
But we just don't show it

So I had to man up
Man up for her
I just wanted one thing
A smile or a chuckle from her

Why is life so harsh
On such beautiful souls
Aren't we taught when we were kids
That the evil ones are always punished

The day justice prevails
Is the day beautiful souls will be happy
And till then at least
Don't make the torture that painful

This will pass as a really short story, and a beautiful one. In fact, people usually take interest in only their feelings.. So writing about someone else is always Special, despite the genre.

And yes, The Good do prevail in the end. So, don't worry, "Beautiful Souls" may seldom get hurt, but in actuality, they are happier than the "Evil ones".. And as we know, happiness is the ultimate prize for the soul.

Keep writing.

This is yet another lovely, touching poem.Beautiful souls are often misunderstood and we know that, don't we ;) ?I guess we should stop pining for attention from the 'ugly' souls and start to look out for our better counterparts,n'est pas?Lovely poem though!Loved the way you weaved your feelings into a little story.Thank you! :)

I'm going to borrow a little bit from Craig and say that this poem was refreshingly compassionate. You aren't the only one who is asking these questions and seeing these troubled souls. I did notice that word "just" seemed to pop up quite often in this poem.

These words reveal such a golden soul.. your compassion and love for another to make appeals.. wishes for them.. knowing that she deserves better.. perhaps longing to do all to bring her joy. One person with such a heart can change the world of another to be sure.
