The Musical Memory Lane

This is a poem written after I listened to this song by Billy Joel, which was called The Piano Man. I hope this poem does this song some justice.

Listening to sweet melodies

That went unheard from a long time

With the harmonicas and pianos

Just playing sweet symphonies

Entertaining everyone's soul in between

I kept singing along with this particular song

Just playing along with the melody

Just closing my eyes while singing it

But opening to read the lyrics

Just having an amazing time

I don't clearly remember when did I listen

To this song with this beautiful strain

But just played along with it

And just played it over and over again

And just danced by myself, sang by myself
