Do you have an aim?

People keep asking us if we have an aim. Is it necessary to have one. We can be successful without one too. That would be very interesting right. Lets see what happens.

"Do you have an aim?" he asked

I replied to him, "No."

He looked very confused

Which made me confused about what did I do

He just stared at me in awe

And he just didn't know what to say

I just got lost into thoughts again

And went back home and asked my mom

"Is it necessary to have an aim?"

My mom always told me yes

I never understood why

Just tried to get on with my life

And I forgot to ask her why

But I did what I wanted to do

And I wrote

Happily and freely

Getting inspired by what I see

Just made my own perception of things

Which made me free

From my thoughts, happiness and sadness

Which also made my life easy

I won't hope for anything here

Just wrote it for me here

this is great! i mean it is good to have goals in life, but we should also have some things that we do just for our own personally pleasure. :) i like this poem! great job!

Like all I've read from you it was a pleasure reading this as it gives we spectators an insight into your mind...though I have to agree with SW...this is a little confusing but good. Can't quite put my finger on it, but maybe it just needs to be developed a little further.
