The Perfect Pretending

The Perfect Pretending

A Poem by Dushyant Thadani
"

Well we think some people and somethings are perfect, but its a stage many a times.

"

This world’s a mere stage

With all actors acting in rage

‘Cause what we think is perfect

All ends up with a defect

Perfection is just not possible always

But pretending just makes it sound like no ways

But people make it look so possible

For the world to feel like it’s impossible

We just show what people want to see

And throw ourselves in the deep blue sea
