Cupid's Game Plan For Me

A love poem after a long time. Hope it does well enough

This little game

Started with a little flame

Cupid became the judge

And was seen eating a chocolate fudge

Everyone's heart had a rush

When they saw their crush

But nobody knew what Cupid had in store

As he had everything prepared from before

I for one am still waiting

God! I didn't know this could be so irritating

But I know Cupid has found a solution

And my valentine will no more be an illusion

My God! I sound like a chick

But if that does the trick

Then I will be flabbergasted

And will be far from devastated

Cupid gave me a hint of her sound

And hearing that I am always aroused

Coming to my head like a broken tape

And I hope I never repair this tape

Excitement has hit me

And the longing for love has bit me

Oh please give me a glimpse I say

And make her my hopeful ray
