In it's own right, smiling in joyous amusement

Energising everyone with it's power generation

I simply feel that it's taken off in me

Charging up my veins in it's resurgence

Making my mind run miles and miles ahead

Tirelessly making me think, talk and act

Looks like it has come to me at the wrong time

Just before I want to go to sleep

Keeping me up with sly misdirection

Laughing at my complete abandon

Need to go to bed soon

'Cause tomorrow is another important day

A day full of work and toil

A day that'll start once I go to bed

So let me sleep you wicked bunny

Your power is not needed now

So trouble someone else in a far off country

And let me sleep in peace and see tomorrow fresh and free
