![]() Knowing OnenessA Poem by David Scott
The passion of us
contrasting the nakedness of you or me if left alone, absent of I, we become one clothed glamorously in sensual surrender Giving... we invest fully in us receiving each other's all within unguarded fields, a sacred orchard where grows the fruit of oneness Time juices life into a complex wine, hinting sweet laughter peppered with overtones of desire bathed in the fermentation of reality, as sadness desolves beneath seduction's horizon satisfied with love's giddy inebriation Oh, and you are taken as am I beyond... yet grounded, a planted union saturated in the wetted appetite of our knowing © 2016 David Scott |
