English Analyzation

This really annoys me sometimes.

 

“Analyze,

In your own words,

This text.”

The English teachers

All say the same thing –

So predictable,

So uniform,

So annoying

To every student

Within the classroom.

Of course, most of them

Only complain because they,

In their infinite teenage laziness,

Do not want to do the assignment.

Yet there is always one,

The one student who     

Sits at the front row

And actually reads

            Shakespeare

            Dickens

            And Conrad,

Who does not do this

Relegation for his own

Philosophical reasons –

Because he knows

That sometimes,

A cigar is

Just a cigar.

completely how i feel!! haha. but the teenage laziness plays a factor too... i love this!
