StrategyA Poem by Dressed in PoetryNumber 4.
He had a knack for physics –
All those equations were stored carefully
Inside his mind –
And also loved to read –
Especially Dostoyevsky and Nietzsche –
But if there was one subject
Tim could not comprehend,
It was people.
Why would they gossip about their friends?
How could they just let their grades slip like that?
Life was a game of chess,
And their strategy made no sense.
When he would mention this aloud,
Everyone would just laugh
Until Tim finally realized
That he would conserve more energy
Keeping quiet
And not attempting to understand.
