I will suffer so you don’t have to. 

I won’t call you to tell you that 

nothing feels the same anymore. 

I won’t send you a message at 12:30 am 

to remind you that I’m still here. 

I won’t remind you of what I’m 

sure you will never forget.

I won’t call you out on everything 

you ever said and promised, 

and how you let it burn out. 

I won’t beg you to come back, 

won’t beg you to love me. 

I won’t tell you I’m hurting. 

I won’t tell my friends to tell you I’m hurting. 

Take your belongings, I don’t want to keep them from you.

I know they're important to you. 

I won’t tell you I’m hurting.

I won’t tell you I’m hurting. I won’t hurt. 

I will keep it to myself. I won’t let you know

just how wrong everything feels here.

I will let you forget about me. 

I won’t show up in your life every few days 

to remind you that I need you. 

I will let you move on and 

I will stay here and cope however I need to. 

Your happiness is still my happiness. 

I will let you be happy even if it’s without me. 

I will suffer so you don’t have to.

A very emotional and open write. Our love for someone does not mean that they will return the same kind of love, and that is the hardest and most painful thing to accept. You show such strength though in saying their happiness is your happiness, that you will bare the hurt so they do not have to. That is a sign of a huge and loving heart, and someone will be more than lucky to have you love them. Do not ever settle for someone who doesn't know what kind of treasure you are and takes for granted your loving spirit. Beautiful write even in it's sorrow. xo

I understand that... perhaps one day it would be beneficial for you to send something to him that won't go against the message of the write.
