Dark world.

This is a poem about positivity during dark, negative, periods of time.

Dark world.

In this world,

some people just want to shed darkness.

Some people just want the world to burn.

Some people search for light in the darkness.

Blind,

but still hopeful.

Some people want to extinguish the flames.

Burnt,

but still breathing.

The person who defeats the dark,

runs through the flames,

can see the light that the world has to give.

The world that we live in is full of light,

we just have to open our eyes to see it,

and allow ourselves to embrace the light,

and not the dark.
