bloodstains

A Poem by Marko

a heart
a heart shattered
a heart shattered as glass
blodstained glass..
a shattered heart on the ground where i stood..
but not anymore
a rose
a red rose
a blodred rose
a blod stained rose
on the ground
on the ground
within my heart..
the ground..
a blodstained blodred rose within a shattered heart
as blodstained glass..
my heart...
within my life...
the rose.. my life...
You left me bleeding
You left me bleeding
YOU
left me..
as a dagger in the heart
my heart shatters as glass
blodstained glass
the blod..
my soul..
the blod stains on the rose..
my life...
blodstaines blodred rose on the ground
within the shattered heart as blodstained shattered glass...
You..
you have stabbed me...
my heart is shattered
my life is stained forever....

Blood. not blod. Bleeding hearts, red roses, and shattered lives are cliches. I really like the rhythm of your poem; it sounds really cool when read aloud. However, the misspellings distract a great deal from your poem. And using cliches make your poem look exactly like other poems; don't you want yours to stand out? I'm sorry I'm being kind of hard, but I like this poem and would like to see it shine. Thanks for sharing!
