As We WaitA Poem by Cerebriation
As we wait
To learn our fate I feel the skies descending And as they fall Upon us all We've come upon our ending Our blood, we let To pay this debt This death was ever pending Most shall go Pulled down below Few will be ascending So comes a day To throw away That which is beyond mending But please don't fear Such has grown near That's worth such care you're tending So if your soul Is right and whole For you, they will be sending But if your way Is dark and gray You soon will find your ending But I digress I must confess I may have been pretending I had my fun Now off I run To find more minds for bending © 2018 Cerebriation |
