Spoonfulls of delight

Spoonfulls of delight

A Poem by *~DreamDeamon~*

Through this course of sorrow

The sadness seaps through the cracks in the road

The screams are heard everywhere

the sorrow is just too much to bear

but wait,

at the end of this course, this road is a house

full of happiness and joy

spoonfulls of delight are given every few seconds

and the knots of hate fall one by one

as the house grows bigger filling the

sorrow filled street with nothing but sweet.

Amazing. To reach the goodness and fun that one pursues we must face the obstacles that make that path much unbearable. Once a person understands what suffering is, they can enjoy true happiness.

Interesting how this write goes from the dark to the light with the light over taking it as the sun overtakes the night at morning dawn. I think of this as the house representing ourself, it is what is inside of us our temple our home and from it comes happiness that flows from us into the world. Great write.
