Flitter and Float

As winter goes by

I float and Flitter through life

Wondering where the next

turn will take me

I know its an odd conception

but who really knows where

they are going?

We are all snowflakes in a snow storm.

We go wherever the wind takes us

we stay alive as long as we can

and then we slowly fall to the ground

die, melt, or try to hang on

with everyone else

to wait our turn in the sun rays

to pass on hopefully to a better place
