Patience

Something that many people have adapted to. It's an essential part of a relationship, business, and even communication. 

People have learned that you need to have patience in order to communicate effectively to someone. People have learned that it is a necessity. People have realized that patience is a virtue that people see as they mature. The more patience and tolerance you have for someone or something, they see it as your maturity level. 

Patience is something that you get when you grow older. You learn to appreciate it, acknowledge it as a maturity requirement. People can learn to be patient at young ages too. These type of people are usually emerged into it though. 

It's tragic that kids have to learn to be more mature because of patience for strategic reasons. People don't realize that the worst type of abuse, in my opinion, is the environment of being forced to grow up without a choice. Child abuse has many forms, many in which people don't realize.
