Innocence & Ignorance

 

Learning in the age of innocence,

The world’s contagious ignorance.

 

To hate of a being, unlike we.

Youth displayed like a delicacy.

 

Minds discarded if lacking same,

Not sharing ideals, a hate-game.

 

Casted out for improper affections,

Not following, the same directions.

 

Breaking course, to only drown in open waters.

Cookie-cutting, of our Sons’ and our Daughters’

 

Free all colors for united innocence.

Stop the abuse,

The divide.

 

Stop the ignorance.
