I seek myself
The rest of me
That which is hidden
Screaming to be seen
Quieted long ago
Take a look
Scared?
No longer

No more fear
Face demons
Explore self
Breathe...be
Passionate, deep
Scarred, hurting
Scared, moving
Inner dance
Guarded

Compassion
Fear subsides
Safe..able to be
Hear the music
Lower defenses
Layer by layer
Feel the sun
Warm...loving
Dance

Just dance
