ForestA Story by Collette Paige
Sometimes, people walk into our lives and something in us changes before we ourselves realize it.
And when you barely talk to each other, and just met through a website, you don't think it means much. Then, that best friend threatens to leave and the impact of your friendship crashes in on you. And, for a reason your not sure, tears spill from your eyes and a piece of your heart seems to be missing. And as you read the comments from people who knew them even longer, you think to yourself 'Is it right? for me to feel so crappy? These people have known him for three years, and I just met him last week!' but for whatever reason, your hands glide along the keyboard, typing the words you truly felt inside. They speak of love and of friendship and of hope. And as you look at it, reading it over and over, you know that this is how your truly feel. That if this person left your life, you would know that they would never leave. `my point of view~ I care for almost every living thing I see, except for maybe skunks...and June Bugs...and spiders...but thats besides the point. I know that every friend I meet online, I stay friends with. And if you left, Forest, I don't think I would be able to forget you if I tried. No one cares about age! Its all about how you act, how nice you are, and how, as I have noticed in every topic you post in, you bring happiness to those around you. Now, I think if you try REALLLLLLLLLY hard, you can bring happiness to yourself as well. Forest, we love you so so much, and I know we only barely ever talk, but I want to know you better, and I want you to stay...Not for me, but for OFA. Forest, one more time.
