I See the Lies

Not my best work, made up on the spot and some of it doesn't flow...but I thought I would see if anyone liked it :)

I stare into your eyes

And they remind me of spies

You pretend to care

But I don't think it's fair

for you to tell me such lies

I told you, I can see in your eyes

that this was just for pity

Pity you use for a lost kitty

I am NOT some sort of charity

All I wish is for some clarity

on why you are still here
