Akeles Heel

Akeles Heel

A Poem by Collette Paige

I want to go away
yet I can't disobey
You keep calling me back
when you say my name, my body goes slack
I cannot leave you
but from MY point of view
you only mean the worst for me
Yet no one has yet to see
the pain I feel
or that you, yes you...
are my Akeles heel

OT
another great little poem with a strong couplet base going on!! (which I do like haha) - the idea of breaking free but the weakness pulling you back!! nice!
